5th Annual KCVJMC All Japanese Rally and Swap Meet

Saturday, June 18th 2016 9a-1p

Saturday, 6/18/16 Event Timeline

  1. 7am-9am:  Japanese bike and swap meet truck and trailer parking/placement.
  2. 9am:  Rally and swap meet opens.
  3. 1pm:  Rally and swap meet ends.

Our event is hosted by Cafe Racer, 1301 Union Avenue, Kansas City, Mo 64101 (located in the historic West Bottoms; corner of Union Ave. and Mulberry St).

NOTE:  There is a event (Boulevardia) in the West Bottoms this weekend which will have nearby street closures.  To avoid street closures and find the most direct route to Cafe' Racer, view this map to see alternate driving instructions.

This is an outdoor, rain or shine event and will be fun regardless.

Monetary donations and the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA)

The KCVJMC is proud to partner with the Muscular Dystrophy Association! All shirt donations directly benefit the MDA. Be proud your contributions help sponsor research seeking the causes of, and effective treatments for, neuromuscular diseases. Find information about specific services the MDA offers fighting muscle disease here.

Rally Bike Placement

All Japanese bikes (late model, classic, vintage and antique) are welcome to attend and park.  We'll have both off-street and on-street parking to accommodate all.  This entire event is free!

Non-Japanese makes/models are welcome to attend as well.

Swap Meet Placement

Commercial and swap vendors are welcomed and encouraged to bring your Japanese bikes and parts to show, sell or trade. There is no better place in Kansas City to find vintage Japanese motorcycle enthusiasts looking for your parts. Free commercial and swap space is available while it lasts in our off-street parking lot. First come, first placed for swap space.

Show Judging

The KCVJMC agrees your late model or vintage Japanese motorcycle is as special as you believe it is.  All bikes entries receive a commemorative ribbon for participating.

Food and drinks will be available courtesy of All-Star Catering.  NOTE:  No alcohol will be sold or allowed at this event.

Event-specific t-shirts will be available.  All sales directly benefit the MDA.
